Everyone of any age can relearn to eat with the intuition they already possess. Diets sabotage our intuition and prescribe external regulation for eating. Babies express their intuition for eating perfectly! I will help your child, tween or teen tap into their intuition so they can eat mindfully while they move toward complete health with a balance of great food and great enjoyment.
My mission: enjoy the taste, experience and power of nutrition while food moves to its proper place. Your child will achieve the body that is right for them.
We will discuss your child’s current eating habits and weight history to determine the next steps. At a minimum this includes:
1 hour initial assessment plus 3- 3o min sessions
